Our History and Mythology voiced this that every journey starts from some incidence or some reason be it Ramayan, Mahabharat or Roots….. How it sounds..? really I mean it. It was something serious which derived us to take few steps & efforts and Iam sure these efforts will become milestone towards Healthy Society & Healthy Nation. So story begins now Iam a Thread-holder for this story I am Supatra Upadhyay and my closet friend Hariom Yadav we are Engineers by education not by Profession. Me and Harry has one common fondness as we really adore exploring different cities their culture uniqueness local food and curiosity about that food speciality. We have not joined any job because we thought satisfaction is first and money is secondary driver. Since long we were searching for something where we can get satisfaction and contribution towards society both at the same time. Unfortunately Covid-19 arrived and changed the entire world, this situation has given us lot of pain but strength too towards our thought process that we should contribute towards healthy Society and healthy Nation.
It was peak of Covid & we saw people around us getting severely affected from it and was very tough to recover from it majorly due to their food hobbits & no Focus on Health. At that time we saw our grand parents who were not affected that much because of pure and quality of food habits and they were close to our old school of thought specially for healthy life style that they adopted during their early days. At that point we found our key driver & our Mission towards a nonstop journey for lifetime. We decided to bring positive change in society’s food habit and serve them Pure Healthy Products Right From Its Origin made from the Traditional Method which our Ancestors has followed.
So what all we will do for this sacred cause, In Covid we have gone through with lot of literature about different foods and there nutritional values what is growing where and what are the quality parameters, post Covid ongroud action started after so much of R&D and visiting approx 90 different cities 16 States, we started a store named as ROOTS where you will Find everything Pure healthy and obtained Right from the Origin also the products which are made from Traditional Methods such as for oil we have installed a Cold Pressed Machine from which you will get pure and best quality Oil and also Ghee which is made of best quality milk of Gir Cow from A2 Bilona Method. We didn’t stop here we also provide Spices that are purely hand pounded like old method of making Spices instead of using a machine for grinding.
Material will be end but quality and health will sustain. What ever quality food we will take today will rewards us in future. In Roots not only food but We are also focusing on all the natural & Traditional processes & Methods which will make you healthy and happy be it Ayurveda or Panchakarma.
